Design Thinking —
User-Centred Innovation
Design Thinking is a human-centred methodology for innovation and problem-solving. It combines empathy, creativity and analytical rigour to develop solutions that genuinely meet user needs. Enviso's Design Thinking Practitioner programme includes international INNOAP certification and is available online live and in-company.
What is Design Thinking?
Design Thinking is a structured innovation process that starts with deep understanding of users and their needs, then moves through ideation and rapid prototyping to validated solutions. Unlike traditional problem-solving, Design Thinking embraces ambiguity, encourages iteration, and keeps the human at the centre throughout.
It is widely used in product development, service design, digital transformation, organisational change and any context where innovation needs to create real value for real people.
