Measure
Process mapping, data types, measurement basics, process capability introduction.
Analyse
Root cause analysis: Fishbone diagram, 5 Whys, Pareto analysis, basic statistical thinking.
Improve
Lean tools: 5S, Kaizen, waste identification (8 Wastes), solution selection and prioritisation.
Control
Control plans, standardisation, visual management and sustaining improvements.

On successfully passing the examination, you receive the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification issued by ILSSI, IASSC or LSSIAP at your choice. Enviso is an accredited training organisation (ATO) for all three bodies.
ILSSI and LSSIAP certifications have no expiry date. IASSC certification is valid for 3 years.
The examination takes place on the second day. The examination fee is included in the course price.
Yes — Yellow Belt is a complete and independent certification. Many organisations require Yellow Belt for all staff involved in improvement activities, regardless of whether they progress to Green Belt. It is also a valuable first step if you are considering Green Belt in the future.
