What does a Master Black Belt do?
A Master Black Belt is the highest technical and leadership authority in Lean Six Sigma. MBBs are responsible for designing and deploying organisation-wide programmes, training and coaching Black Belts and Green Belts, leading the most complex projects, and advising senior leadership on operational excellence strategy.
Most Enviso trainers are certified Master Black Belts with international project experience across manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, pharma, IT and logistics.

Certification
On successful completion you receive MBB certification from ILSSI or LSSIAP at your choice. Both have no expiry date. Enviso is an accredited training organisation (ATO) for both bodies.
