Lean Six Sigma combines two complementary management strategies: Lean focuses on delivery speed by eliminating non-value-adding steps, while Six Sigma targets variation reduction and defect elimination through data and structured analysis. Together they form the most comprehensive continuous improvement system available today, applicable across any industry — manufacturing, services, healthcare, IT, finance, logistics.
Enviso offers certification at four levels, each accessible directly — no prior level required. All courses are online live, delivered by Master Black Belt certified trainers, and include an international ILSSI, IASSC or LSSIAP certification examination.
Modern teaching method — AI tools integrated
Process Improvement Specialist is one of the most in-demand professions of the coming years. AI tools do not replace the judgement of an LSS specialist — they amplify it. At Enviso, we integrate relevant AI tools into teaching at every level:

Yellow Belt
Foundation in Lean Six Sigma: 8 Wastes, DMAIC framework, basic quality tools and the improvement team member role. 2 days + exam.
