Become the leader of improvement projects in your organisation. Full DMAIC programme, 5 days online live, delivered by Master Black Belt experts with experience across 32 countries.
A Green Belt is a professional who leads medium-to-large process improvement projects using the DMAIC methodology (Define – Measure – Analyse – Improve – Control). Unlike a Yellow Belt, who participates as a team member, the Green Belt coordinates projects and applies advanced statistical tools to identify and eliminate root causes of problems.
In larger organisations, Green Belts manage projects with direct impact on cost, quality and customer satisfaction, working alongside or under the guidance of a Black Belt or Master Black Belt.
International Green Belt certification confirms that you have the competencies to lead Lean Six Sigma projects and deliver measurable results for your organisation.
The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt programme is ideal for:
No prior knowledge of statistics is required. The programme covers all necessary concepts from the ground up.
The Green Belt programme covers in depth all 5 phases of the DMAIC cycle, with practical tools and exercises applied to real industry case studies.
Define
Problem identification, customer requirements (CTQ), project scope definition and Project Charter development.
Measure
Data collection, process mapping (SIPOC, VSM), process capability calculation and KPI identification.
Analyse
Root cause identification using Fishbone, 5 Whys, Pareto, regression, hypothesis testing and statistical analysis with Minitab.
Improve
Solution generation and selection, Design of Experiments (DOE), piloting and implementing changes with measurable impact.
Control
Results monitoring, control plans, control charts and solution standardisation for long-term sustainability.
On completing the Green Belt programme, you will be able to apply immediately in your organisation:
The Green Belt programme is available in two formats, both including international certification in the price.
Participants from manufacturing, retail, financial services, pharma, logistics and IT work together. Cross-sector experience exchange is one of the most valuable aspects of the open programme.
Exercises and case studies are adapted to your industry and organisational context. The entire team participates together, building a shared language and a real pilot project.
Enviso offers individual or team coaching sessions after course completion, to guide application of the DMAIC methodology on a real project in your organisation.

If you are starting fresh, all foundations are covered from the beginning.
The programme uses Minitab for statistical analysis. Enviso provides a trial licence for the duration of the course. Basic Excel skills are sufficient to start — all statistical concepts are taught from scratch.
Yes. ILSSI, IASSC and LSSIAP certifications are recognised globally. ILSSI and LSSIAP certifications have no expiry date. IASSC certification is valid for 3 years.
Yes. The course exercises are based on real industry case studies, so you will learn in an applied way regardless of your current professional context.
