Stefan Burchila has been an Enviso consultant since 2014, with over 10 years of experience in Lean Management, Six Sigma and BPM projects. His expertise covers FMCG, manufacturing and logistics industries.
A graduate of the Technical University of Civil Engineering Bucharest, with doctoral studies in progress. He believes improvement methodologies are not one-size-fits-all solutions — each client deserves customised programmes adapted to their own activities and organisational culture.
He has delivered process optimisation projects for clients in Romania and internationally, combining technical rigour with a pragmatic, results-oriented approach.
