Jean-Hugues Bourgeois leads Enviso's operations in France, bringing over 20 years of management experience. He has served as a director in the railway sector and as General Manager in metallurgy, overseeing 4 industrial sites across Europe (UK, Belgium, Netherlands, France).
In early 2020 he founded BJH Conseil, a consulting firm for leaders of industrial SMEs and ETIs, focused on strategic analysis, operational performance, cashflow optimisation and continuous improvement.
He also teaches at engineering and business schools in France, covering international strategy, project management and Lean Six Sigma. He delivers certification programmes in French for companies and organisations in France and the francophone world.
