Gabriel Bratila joined Enviso in 2021, following 21 years in multinational financial services covering operations, PMO, IT and strategic planning. He combines expertise in project management, Lean Six Sigma, digital transformation and governance.
Certified PRINCE2 Practitioner, LSS Black Belt and ITIL v4. A graduate of the University of Bucharest. He believes in working smart and promotes a healthy balance between methodological rigour and operational pragmatism.
His speciality lies in aligning process improvement initiatives with organisational strategy, PMO and IT governance — bringing 21 years of financial services perspective to every transformation project.
