He is Romania's representative for the Lean Six Sigma International Association of Professionals (LSSIAP) and Central & Eastern Europe Director for the International Lean Six Sigma Institute in Cambridge (ILSSI). Certified LSS Master Black Belt, his expertise spans industries from railway to banking, pharma to automotive.
He has delivered training and consulting programmes in Romania, Netherlands, France, Belgium, UK, Germany, Switzerland, Oman, Hong Kong, USA, UAE and beyond. Founder of the AIM methodology (Assessment, Improve, Monitor) and the AI-powered ADA advisor platform.
Also active as a professor and faculty member at internationally recognised institutions.
