Certified LSS Master Black Belt, Design Thinking, Project Management and integrative NLP coach. Fluent in English and German. She has successfully delivered projects in Romania, France, Norway, UK, Netherlands, Switzerland, Germany, Hong Kong, Bulgaria, Costa Rica, Oman, USA and UAE.
She specialises in combining process excellence methodologies with coaching and NLP techniques to generate sustainable organisational change — not just process optimisation, but a genuine shift in team mindset.
Also active as a professor and faculty member at internationally recognised institutions.
